Our Board meets every other month. Hybrid meetings are currently taking place.
Board agendas and papers are published about one week before the meeting. The minutes of Board meetings are also published and available to read.

If you’d like to observe our Board meetings
We are committed to transparency in our work and welcome members of the public and external stakeholders to observe our Board meetings virtually. PSA staff also often observe meetings, in addition to staff whose role requires them to be there.
We welcome all observers as this supports openness, learning and engagement across the regulatory system.
Observers do not participate in formal decision-making by the Board. However, the Chair always invites observers to comment, usually at the end of a meeting.
The names of Board members, staff and observers in attendance at each meeting are recorded in our published minutes. This includes external stakeholders who attend as observers.
